My Favorite Things
I play timeless classic jazz tunes made popular by musicians and composers such as Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Dexter Gordon, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Ben Webster, Stan Getz, Lester Young, Charles Mingus, Thelonius Monk, Duke Ellington, Rodgers and Hart, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Cole Porter, Harold Arlen, George Gerswhin and more.
I run with a circle of talented musicians dedicated to keeping "The Great American Songbook" alive. The joy of this music played by skilled players that love the material shines through each time we play. I feel very fortunate to have found my calling.
I also work professionally composing original music for film and multimedia productions as well as mixing audio for TV and film projects.
